Construction
Shaft connecting structure is safe and reliable;
Rotor is supported by thrust bearing and slid bearing, axially adjustable;
Grease lubricated antifriction bearing is assembled to base plate, sliding bearing uses self lubrication or external lubrication;
Separated discharge pipe provides that no pressurized media lekage along shaft ,therefore shaft sealing is not necessary if liquid not high volatile;
The impeller and pump casing parts are submersed underwarer, impeller is already immerged in pumped liquid, venting and starting up problem is preventing ;
High intensity rigid shaft provides smooth and reliable operation of pump.Normal pump operation speed is lower than first critical rotary speed;
Optional suction pipe for extended insertion depth(please refer to sectional drawing.
